About Bryn
Recovery is not just what you leave behind – it’s about discovering who you are becoming. Addiction and mental health can feel all-consuming. My goal is to make sure you don’t feel alone in that process. I work with individuals navigating sex, food, or other addictions, as well as those living with neurodivergence, or the impacts of religious and emotional trauma. Together, we work to reduce the impact of shame and create a life that is unapologetic, authentic, and whole.
My sessions offer both compassion and clarity. I am not a blank slate – I show up with presence, warmth, and willingness to match your energy. I’ll gently challenge the beliefs and narratives that no longer serve you and collaborate with you to find a new way of understanding your experiences. You deserve a place where you are seen, supported, and challenged in a way that fosters growth.
I look forward to walking with you on your journey towards healing, wholeness, and self-acceptance.
