About Luke
Opening up about relationship betrayals is possible, and I want to thank you for being brave and beginning the conversation. Trusting your partner with information is hard enough, and the idea of sharing with someone outside of your relationship may feel daunting. Or maybe it feels freeing. Whether you are the one who is betraying or the one who has been betrayed, I am here to guide you both through the healing process.
My training in marriage and family therapy has given me a toolbox to share with you. In session, we will practice using these tools to empower you to use them in the real world, both together and individually. Some of these tools include Gottman, EFT, and IFS. As a husband and father, I value healthy relationships and self-care. My family enjoys playing outside and going on bike rides. In my free time, I enjoy snowboarding, reading books, and painting minifigures. My wife and I love to play board games and watch romantic comedies while our kids are asleep.
