About Susan
Sharing personal and relationship troubles can be scary. I provide a judgement-free space to help you navigate issues related to sexual intimacy, sexual/gender identity, and relationship communication. If life has you feeling lonely, stuck, or overwhelmed it does not have to stay that way. Counseling can bring insight and growth. I am passionate about helping individuals develop a greater sense of connection within their relationships.
As a marriage, couple, and family student intern, I approach working with clients with a curiosity and compassion that leaves societal judgements at the door. My areas of interest include sex therapy, LGBTQ+, anxiety, coping skills, life transitions, and multicultural/immigrant issues.
I find value in strengthening the relationship with ourselves and loved ones by building self-awareness and communication skills. Let’s work on strengthening those relationships together. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dog, cooking with friends and family, thrifting, seeing movies and plays, traveling, and learning new languages.
